SCHOLAR SUCCESS

I am writing to thank you so much for all your support. After graduating high school, I attended Indian River State College in the Respiratory Care Program. I work in a local hospital as a Registered Therapist and plan to return to school to become an anesthesiologist assistant. I am very thankful and appreciative for the Sailfish Point Scholarship. Without the generosity of the Sailfish Point community, it would have been a very difficult journey.

I am currently a student at Florida Atlantic University. I have always been intrigued and interested in computer coding and am currently enrolled in a computer science career. The classes are very engaging and I am excited for a career in this field. Thank you, sailfish Point Foundation for your support.

I am an employee of Sailfish Point and the son of Mike Kneip, Director of Facilities Maintenance. I have worked at Sailfish Point for 7 years; I earned my associate’s degree in finance and am working towards my bachelor’s degree. I am so excited. I have been offered a new role in accounting. I would never have had this opportunity without the Foundation. Thank you, Sailfish Point Foundation!

I am really enjoying my time at Tufts. Last semester I took Intro to International Relations, Elementary Russian, and Advanced Chinese. This semester I am taking Ethics, Advanced Chinese 2, Big Bang to Humanity, Economics, and Environmental Applications. I also will be teaching English with TASSEL and hope to become more involved in Women’s Higher Education Now, Model UN, and the Tufts international relations magazine. I would like to express a sincere thank you to you and everyone at the Sailfish Point Foundation for your support of my studies.
